Flashback#6 Searching for an apartment - Round 2

(Regarding January 2016)

Still through Uniplaces, between Xmas and New Year, we finally leave Saldanha to move in an own apartment in Olaias.

The neighborhood is not as classy as the last ones. The hostel was near the Avenida de la Liberdade, which is called the "Champs Elysée" of Lisbon, and Saldanha is really rich and clean. But if you forget the neighborhood looks kind of poor, old and dirty, the apartment is definitly perfect, and way better than the little room we were.

This post is short, but there's nothing to say about this new place. Cosy, unused and fully furnished, for 500 euros, 26m², cleaning lady, backyard and pool (wait for April !).

Results : no flatmate anymore, and never again the mattress directly on the ground !

Toujours grâce à Uniplaces, entre Noël et Nouvel An, nous quittons Saldanha, pour emménager à deux stations de métro plus loin : Olaias.

Le quartier ne paye pas de mine (surtout quand tu as connu les alentours de l'Avenida de la Liberdade, et le très chic Saldanha). En revanche, l'appartement se révèle bien mieux que la pauvre chambre précédente.

Ce post est assez court, puisqu'il n'y a pas grand chose à dire à propos de cet appartement. Cosy, neuf, bien équipé, pour 500 euros mensuels 26m², cleaning lady, petit jardin commun et piscine (bon au mois de février c'est pas fifou non plus, mais attend un peu le mois d'Avril portugais!).

Bilan : plus jamais de colocation, ni de matelas à même le sol (oui oui).
