Strasbourg - Another adventure begins

I like to think that taking this Gap Year was the best idea of my life. And I deeply believe so. I realized that I was not happy before, bored somehow. Taking this bowl of fresh oxygen was necessary and opened me the golden door of a life I could never have imagined. The only requierement to get this chance, was to leave. Leave my Everyday Life, loose all my bearings, kill a little part of myself and reborn.

It's hard to leave. At least, even though I really wanted it, it has been tough for me. But, as I wrote in my first post, God damn it, I did it !

And so it is... The Gap Year 2015-2016 ends in Germany, in Bodensee. Here, Tobias and me spend one month, mostly chilling, and also searching (again) for an apartment. Not in our beloved Portuguese capital this time, but in my country, France. It's in Strasbourg that I'm taken for a Master in Sociology, when Tobias is going to study in Offenbourg, right across the German border.

- September 2016 -

"La rentrée" is coming soon, and on the 2nd of September, we leave Bodensee in our Europcar truck, bringing with us all we need for our new Home.

At the end of the Moving Day, we (again) take the bus, heading to my town, Toulouse, where we enjoy my family and the Sun for one week.

- December 2016 -

Four months have passed, and we have created a new sweet life in Strasbourg. It is soon New Year, and a great time to explore the World a last time before 2017 !

For all my future travels and because I so enjoy to save these priceless memories this way, I will keep to write this blog.

Once you know what it is, the Gap Year Mood never leaves...
